Silver Linings Improv: The Healing Power of Humor and Play

Friday, October 15th

4 - 5:30pm MDT

Hosts: Marcia Zina Mager and Heidi Wong

Register by emailing us at info@historicutetheatre.com and we will send you a zoom link!

Research has shown that play stimulates the imagination, fosters empathy and connection, helps one adapt and solve problems, and reduces stress. In this happy hour-and-a-half of online creative play, we will liberate the places where humor hides and discover easy ways to have more fun. Through simple improvisational exercises and theatre games, we’ll giggle at ourselves (and each other) as we get more comfortable peeking out of our comfort zone. This is a free online event designed for people 55 years old and over (join us anyway if you’re not quite there!).
